These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and adds7 ("adds7", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the adds7 online gaming platform, including all betting, casino, slots, crash games, and related services made available through https://adds7.bio and any associated mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform").

adds7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a National Identity Card, passport, or other government-issued identification. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management, including misrepresenting age, identity, or the source of funds.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other activity that exploits the Platform for financial gain outside the normal rules of play.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform. Winnings arising from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other users, support staff, or third parties in connection with your use of the Platform, whether through in-platform chat features or any other channel.

All content on the adds7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of adds7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content without the prior written consent of adds7. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in account closure and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adds7's liability in connection with the Platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• adds7 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. adds7 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify users of planned maintenance periods.
• adds7 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where adds7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In any event, adds7's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your adds7 account during that same calendar month.

adds7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, adds7 may withhold or forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at adds7's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on record. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting adds7 support. Voluntary closure will be processed within five business days, subject to any outstanding KYC or pending transaction requirements.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, adds7 will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 9.
